COD – PRELIMINARY RESULT OF VOLUNTARY EXCHANGE OFFER

Reference is made to the announcement made by Codfarmers ASA (“Codfarmers”) on 14 September 2011 regarding the publication of the offer document relating to the voluntary exchange offer (the “Offer”) for all issued and outstanding shares in Atlantic Cod Farms AS (“ACF”).

By the end of the acceptance period, acceptances equal to 92.5% of the shares in ACF were received this far, and the condition to the Offer regarding acceptance level was fulfilled. Final results of the Offer will be announced on 27 September 2011.
