COD – SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to previous stock exchange notice made by Codfarmers ASA (“Codfarmers”) on 4 November 2011 regarding the private placement directed towards INC Invest AS. The share capital increase related to the private placement in Codfarmers resolved by the company’s board of directors on 4 November 2011 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The new share capital of Codfarmers is NOK 42,284,186 divided into 42,284,186 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
