CODFARMERS SECURES EXTRA CAPACITY

Today, Codfarmers ASA entered an agreement to
purchase the Åmøyhamn facility located in Meløy.
Åmøyhamn is located south of Gildeskål where the
company today has its main activity. The
purchase price was NOK 2 million and comprise
1.175 m2 of buildings, a total land area of
47.000 m2, a deep water pier as well as a
concession for storage of live fish. Previously,
the property has been used as a harvest station
for wild fish and salmon. `The purchase of
Åmøyhamn is an important part of our strategy to
expand our activities in the regions`, says
