CODFARMERS SECURES STRATEGIC JUVENILE AGREEMENT WITH MARIN INVEST

Today, Codfarmers ASA entered a three year
agreement concerning the supply of 12 million
large juveniles from Marine Invest AS.

The agreement concerns the supply of 4 million
large juveniles per year for three years as of
2008. In addition, the parties have entered an
agreement concerning the exchange of best
practice. Codfarmers will also take a 12 %
minority stake in Marine Invest.

` This is a very important agreement for us to
secure sufficient supplies of large cod juveniles
to Codfarmers in an interim period until
Codfarmers has it`s own production of juveniles up
an running. Drawing upon Marin Invest`s long
experience in producing large cod juveniles is
