Cheyne Special Situations Fund LP and Cheyne Global
Catalyst Fund LP, funds managed by Cheyne Capital
Management, were today allocated 337,000 shares in
Codfarmers ASA in conjunction with the offering. After
settlement of the shares funds managed by Cheyne Management
will hold 858,706 shares, corresponding to 5,57% of the
outstanding share capital and voting rights of Codfarmers
ASA.
