Mandatory notification of trade (COD)

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of today regarding completed extraordinary general meeting in Codfarmers ASA, in which a share issue, share consolidation and consolidation of warrants were resolved.

Harald Dahl, who is the CEO of the company, has today subscribed for and been allocated 5 new shares in the share issue. The subscription price is NOK 1 per share.

Prior to the subscription, Harald Dahl owns 6 989 273 shares in the company. Following completion of the share issue, he will own 6 989 278 shares in Codfarmers ASA, equal to a total of 4.7% of the shares and votes in the company. In addition, Harald Dahl owns 12,000,000 warrants.
