Please find enclosed the Notice of Annual General Meeting for Codfarmers ASA. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 25 June 2010 at 09a.m at Shippingklubben (9th floor), Haakon VII's gate 1 in Oslo. A printed version of the notice together with registration and proxy form will be sent to all shareholders by mail today, June 4. Notice of the Annual General Meeting including attachments is available on Codfarmers web site. The Annual Report for 2009 was published on 30 April 2010 and is available on www.codfarmers.com.
