Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please find enclosed the Notice of Annual General Meeting for Codfarmers ASA. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 8 June 2011 at 10 a.m at Shippingklubben (9th floor), Haakon VII's gate 1 in Oslo. A printed version of the notice together with registration and proxy form will be sent to all shareholders by mail today, May 18. Notice of the Annual General Meeting including attachments is available on Codfarmers web site. The Annual Report for 2010 was published on 13 April 2011 and is available on www.codfarmers.com (http://www.codfarmers.com).
