Please find enclosed the Notice of Annual General Meeting for Codfarmers ASA. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 June 2012 at 10 a.m at Shippingklubben (9th floor), Haakon VII's gate 1 in Oslo. A printed version of the notice together with registration and proxy form will be sent to all shareholders by mail today, May 16.
