An Extraordinary General Meeting of Codfarmers ASA
will be held at Shippingklubben in
Haakon VII`s gate 1, 9th floor, in Oslo, 27
November 2007, at 10 AM (Norwegian time).A complete Notice of General Meeting has been sent
to all shareholders with a known adress. The Notice
of General Meeting is also available at our website
www.codfarmers.com.

Shareholders who wish to attend the General Meeting
is asked to return the attendance form attached the
Notice before November 23. 2007. Shareholder who
cannot personally attend the Extraordinary General
Meeting may appoint a proxy to use a power of
atterney enclosed the Notice.
