Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 

Please find enclosed the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting for Codfarmers ASA, with attachments. 

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Codfarmers ASA will be held at the office of Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS i Haakon VII`s gate 10, (9th floor) in Oslo, 28 February 2011, at 11 AM (Norwegian time).

A complete Notice of General Meeting has been sent to all shareholders with a known adress. The Notice of General Meeting is also available at our website www.codfarmers.com.

Shareholders who wish to attend the General Meeting is asked to return the attendance form attached the Notice before February 24 2011. Shareholder who cannot personally attend the Extraordinary General Meeting may appoint a proxy to use a power of atterney enclosed the Notice.
