Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 

Please find enclosed the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting for Codfarmers ASA, with attachments. 

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Codfarmers ASA will be held at Shippingklubben, Haakon VII gate 1, (9th floor) in Oslo, 4 April 2011, at 11 AM (Norwegian time). 

A complete Notice of General Meeting has been sent to all shareholders with a known address. The Notice of General Meeting is also available at our website www.codfarmers.com. 

Shareholders who wish to attend the General Meeting is asked to return the attendance form attached the Notice before March 30 2011. Shareholder who cannot personally attend the Extraordinary General Meeting may appoint a proxy to use a power of attorney enclosed the Notice.
