Please find enclosed the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting for Codfarmers ASA, with attachments. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Codfarmers ASA will be held at the office of Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS i Haakon VII`s gate 10, (9th floor) in Oslo, 8 March 2012, at 11 AM (Norwegian time). A printed version of the notice together with registration and proxy form will be sent to all shareholders by mail today, February 16th.
