by Harald Dahl, chairman of the Board of
Codfarmers ASA. Total new holding of Harald Dahl
and his close associates is 859,273 shares.

Brantenborg AS has been allotted 2,500 shares at
NOK 26.00. Brantborg AS is owned Erik Wahlstrøm,
Board member of Codfarmers ASA. Total new
holding of Erik Wahlstrøm and his close
associates is 289,936 shares.
