Please note that Funds managed by Cheyne Capital
Management (UK) LLP (`Cheyne`) were allocated
573,800 shares and NOK 20,000,000 in convertibles
in the Private placement. Following this funds
managed by Cheyne will, in the event the private
placement is approved by the upcoming EGM, have
10.58% of the outstanding share capital of
Codfarmers. In the event that the convertible is
exercised Cheyne would control 12.69% of the then
outstanding shares.
