Registered capital increase

REGISTERED CAPITAL INCREASE

Reference is made to the stock exchange notification dated 17 August 2009 regarding the result of the share issue with subscription rights (the “Rights Offering”) in Codfarmers ASA (the “Company”). The capital increase in connection with the Rights Offering of NOK 7,292, from 4,260,431.60 to 4,267,723.60, has on 27 August 2009 been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company’s registered share capital is after this NOK 4,267,723.60, divided on 42,677,236 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. Each share in the Company carries one vote.
