Anna Kinberg Batra resigns as Board member of Collector

Anna Kinberg Batra has today informed Collector that she has decided to, at her own request and with immediate effect, leave the Board of Collector, to avoid conflicts of interest with a new, financial market related, assignment.

In connection with the resignation from the Board of Collector AB, Anna Kinberg Batra will also resign as Board member of Collector Bank AB.

– During my time on the Board, the company has initiated a significant transformation and is currently well prepared for continued positive development and sustainable growth, says Anna Kinberg Batra, who would also like to thank coworkers, the management team, colleagues on the Board and owners for good cooperation.
