COLLECTOR BANK AB INVESTIGATES THE POSSIBILITY TO ISSUE ADDITIONAL TIER 1 CAPITAL

Collector Bank AB ("Collector") has mandated Nordea and SEB to arrange a series of fixed income meetings, commencing on 18 March 2019, in order to investigate the possibility to issue an additional tier 1 bond.
The perpetual non-call five year additional tier 1 bond will have a temporary write-down structure with an expected deal size of approximately SEK 500m. The bond will strengthen both Collector's tier 1 capital ratio and total capital ratio and will be issued following the road show to be held on 18-20 March 2019, subject to current market conditions.
