The prospectus relating to the rights issue in Collector AB (publ) of approximately SEK 1,027 million before issue costs has today on 3 March 2020 been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, and is available on Collector’s website, www.collector.se/en/about-collector/investors/rights-issue-2020/, as well as on SEB’s website for prospectuses, www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses (please note that the prospectus will only be available in Swedish).
