Lena Apler – Acting CEO of Collector

Gothenburg, Sweden – Collector AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: COLL). As previously announced, after 12 years with the company, the last three of which as CEO, Stefan Alexandersson will be stepping down. Collector AB’s Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Lena Apler, Collector’s founder and Chairman, as the Acting CEO of Collector effective from 5 April and until a new CEO has been recruited.

The recruitment of a new CEO is in progress and is expected to be concluded during the spring. In connection with Lena Apler taking on the position of Acting President and CEO, her role as Chairman of the Board will, until further notice, be assumed by the current Vice Chairman, Erik Selin.
