Marcus Hansson resigns as Board member of Collector
Collector has today been informed that Marcus Hansson has decided to, with immediate effect, leave the Board of Directors. The reason for the decision is the ongoing investigation against Marcus Hansson regarding gross insider trading. Marcus Hansson has informed that whilst he continues to fully reject the accusations, he has concluded that it is in the best interest of Collector that he leaves the Board for as long as the investigation continues.
In connection with the resignation from the Board of Collector AB, Marcus Hansson will also resign as Board member of Collector Bank AB.
