St. Joseph Hospital Lab Receives CAP Stamp of Approval

St. Joseph Hospital announced Tuesday that their laboratory has been re-accredited by the College of American Pathologists.

CAP is comprised of board certified pathologists who advocate excellence in laboratory medicine worldwide. In order to be accredited, an on-site inspection of the lab's equipment, facilities, and records are done.

Re-accreditation shows the institution maintains suitable standards and a high quality of care.
