COLONY SIGNS 1,500 SQM GREEN LEASE

Colony has signed a green lease with Mehiläinen for ~1,500 square meters in its property at the airport. Mehiläinen offers high-quality healthcare services nationwide providing almost five million annual visits to physicians with their 37,000 employees and private practitioners. Customer satisfaction of Mehiläinen is one of the highest in the industry and they are ranked the most trusted private medical centre in Finland.

The City Council has taken a decision to develop a light railway station adjacent to the entrance, which is planned to be finished in 2028.
