COLONY SIGNS 3,000 SQM GREEN LEASE
Colony has signed a green lease with Sustera Group for ~3,000 square meters in its office in Pitäjänmäki. Sustera will move in during January 2025. Their new headquarters will consolidate two offices, two warehouses, and one research laboratory in the Helsinki metropolitan area into one winning location. Our joint ambition to improve energy efficiency, will support Sustera in their ambition to reduce carbon footprint in accordance with their SBTi commitments.
