Infusion Brands, Environmental Manufacturing Solutions Sign Exclusive Worldwide Supplier Agreement for Patented, EPA Approved Cleaning Formulations
Clearwater, Fla. – (Jan. 20, 2012) – Infusion Brands International, Inc. (INBI.PK) and Environmental Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) today announced a supplier agreement whereby Infusion Brands holds the worldwide exclusive rights to manufacture and sell products to the consumer goods marketplace that incorporate EMS's patented formulations. These formulations include Infusion Brands’ flagship product, Drain Doctor, as well as the entire EMS product line that is applicable to the consumer and do-it-yourself (DIY) marketplaces.

The Drain Doctor is the first EPA approved drain cleaner of its kind which solves the source problem of repeating drain clogs, calcium build up inside the drain pipes, while doing it in a safe and environmentally clean way. In addition to attacking the clog itself, the Drain Doctor by DOC attacks the calcium build up in the pipes to mitigate the potential of future clogs.
According to an October 2011 report issued by Global Industry Analysts, Inc. (GIA), the global household green cleaning products market is expected to reach US$9.32 Billion by 2017. The growth will be driven by growing eco-consciousness and health concerns, as well as government mandates on the reduction of the ecological impact of cleaning products and services. The Drain Doctor will look to gain market share in this crowded field by leveraging direct response television to inform consumers of the real problem most drain cleaners are not solving.
