The iPad application, which displays the day’s appointments as a route on a map, now allows users to communicate with contacts directly from within the app

Parsippany, N.J. – (Oct. 6, 2011) – Keyoobi, an easy-to-use planning and scheduling iPad application that enables greater productivity and helps road warriors manage their contacts, time, and travel more effectively, has new updates available for download now in the App Store.

The new updates include:

  • Ability to view a contact’s Web site from within the app
  • Ability to send an email message to a contact from within the app
  • Improved handling of synchronized contacts for users of Outlook and Gmail
  • Improved application closing when handling over thousands of contacts.

“These updates result from feedback among our current customer base on what is most appealing about Keyoobi, which is the planning, scheduling and organizing groups functions,” said Rich Casey, Chairman and CEO of The Casey Group, the producer of Keyoobi. “Now users can learn more about their contacts and communicate with them directly from within the app, instead of having to open several other programs and toggling back and forth between them.”

Keyoobi is the first iPad application that enables users to prioritize their appointments by integrating the who, where, and when of their busy schedules. Users see their day’s appointments as a route using Google Maps. It shows users the amount of travel time they’ll have between appointments, displays the best route to get there, and identifies key clients or prospects in the vicinity that may be scheduled in along the way.

Keyoobi helps road warriors and business travelers maximize reach and touch with their most valuable customers and prospects.

Keyoobi’s original features include:

  • Integrates with Contacts, Calendar and Maps
  • Works for Enterprise users who synch their calendar and contacts with Exchange servers or Gmail
  • Displays appointment times and Color code routes based on travel time and appointment time
  • Groups Contacts with customizable pins and categories that are shown on the route map
  • Routes your next appointment in real time based on current location.

Keyoobi retails for $9.99 and is available for download now in the App Store. Keyoobi is currently available for the iPad with an iPhone version of the application scheduled for release in November 2011.

More details about the app and a video demonstrating how to use it can be found at www.keyoobi.com.
