Keyoobi, the Road Warrior’s Dream App, Debuts at coolTECH in Tampa
The Casey Group to showcase new iPad application, which increases productivity on the road by displaying daily appointments as a route, at TBTF’s annual expo
Parsippany, N.J. – (June 8, 2011) - As every road warrior knows, time is money. Maximizing the number of appointments that can be scheduled into a day while minimizing drive time and large gaps between calls helps keep both productivity and earnings high. To address this challenge, The Casey Group has introduced Keyoobi, an easy-to-use schedule management application that reduces stress, ensures greater productivity, and helps you manage time and travel more effectively. The Casey Group will be demonstrating Keyoobi for attendees at the Tampa Bay Technology Forum’s coolTECH on June 10 at MOSI in Tampa.
“coolTECH is the perfect venue to introduce Keyoobi to hundreds of technology professionals who want to make the most productive use of their time each day,” said Richard P. Casey, chairman and CEO of The Casey Group. “Keyoobi visually packages three basic pieces of information together - who, where and when - to help people manage their daily appointments more effectively. And the fact that Keyoobi’s Contact and Calendar data synchronizes with Microsoft Exchange servers means that it can immediately leverage the legacy infrastructures of most enterprises, making entire organizations more efficient.”
Keyoobi helps road warriors and business travelers avoid wasting precious hours each day sitting in traffic or experiencing large gaps of time between calls. Keyoobi uses real time updates to show how much time you’ll need to get to your next appointment. Since Keyoobi also lets you group your contacts with customizable pins and categories that will display on the map, you can identify which ones are in the vicinity and determine how much time you’ll have to add another appointment if you have a time gap you can fill.
Keyoobi is currently available for the iPad. An iPhone version of the application is scheduled for release in Summer 2011.
Each year, hundreds of decision makers, thought leaders, professionals and innovators from the technology and business community attend coolTECH for an up-close look at the latest innovations and technology on display. In addition to the exhibits, coolTECH 2011 will feature the Judges’ Awards presented to the most innovative exhibits, live text voting for attendees’ favorite, breakout sessions and live demonstrations from the technology developers themselves. A keynote luncheon featuring Craig Newmark, founder of craigslist, discussing the challenges he faced while founding craigslist and his newest venture craigconnects.org is sure to sell out.
To develop Keyoobi, The Casey Group collaborated with Tampa-based Haneke Design, a leading national developer of mobile applications for enterprise clients. Keyoobi retails for $4.99 and is available for download now in the App Store. More details about the app and a video demonstrating how to use it can be found at www.keyoobi.com.
