The top tip comes as the local government settlement is putting pressure on councils to be more focused on their costs and bottom line than ever before; and in the week that Secretary of State Eric Pickles publishes his 50 top saving tips for councils.
Compass Point Business Services is on track to save East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council £4.3m over the past two years; with £2.1m saved in the first 12 months.
