Componenta Holding Corporation's name changed to Componenta Corporation The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Componenta Holding Corporation decided today to change the name of the company of Componenta Corporation. Use of the new name will start immediately. The change to the Articles of Association required by the change of name will be recorded in the Trade Register on October 9, 2001. The trading code on the Helsinki Exchanges for Componenta Corporation will remain as CTH1V.
