Addition to Interim Report Earnings per share of Componenta calculated with the total number of shares as per 30 September 2001 (9,615,309 shares) is 0.21 euro. However, earnings per share calculated with average number of shares does not reflect this key ratio properly due to the share issue during spring 2001 in connection with the exchange offer concerning Componenta Finance shares. Earnings per share calculated with average number of shares as per 30 September 2001 is 0.29 euro. Income taxes for the review period are calculated from the result for the review period.
