Antti Lehtonen to resign from Componenta's Board of Directors
Antti Lehtonen to resign from Componenta's Board of Directors Antti Lehtonen is resigning from the Board of Directors of Componenta Corporation as from 30 September 2002. He will continue in the service of Componenta Corporation, however, being responsible for the business units outside the core business and looking after Componenta's interests in the main associated companies. Mr Lehtonen will not be replaced on the Componenta Board. The Board Directors are Olli Reenpää (Chairman), Heikki Bergholm, Heikki Lehtonen and Juhani Mäkinen. Mr Lehtonen has acquired the business operations of Componenta Traryd AB from Componenta Group in an MBO together with other members of Traryd's management. Componenta will continue to participate in Traryd's operations as a financier.
