Componenta Corporation Financial Calendar 2003 Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2002 on Friday, 24 January 2003 at 9.00 am. The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Componenta Corporation will be held at 2.00 pm on Wednesday, 12 February 2003 at the restaurant Papa Giovanni's Showroom (WTC Plaza, Keskuskatu 7, 00100 Helsinki). Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting are requested to notify the company not later than 7 February 2003. During 2003 Componenta will publish three interim financial reports as follows: The first interim report for 1 Jan. - 31 March 2003 will be published on 14 April 2003 The second interim report for 1 Jan. - 30 June 2003 will be published on 11 July 2003 The third interim report for 1 Jan. - 30 Sept. 2003 will be published on 15 October 2003 The press conferences for analysts and representatives of the media to be held when the interim reports are published will be webcast simultaneously on Componenta's Internet pages at www.componenta.com.
