Componenta Corporation holds all preferred capital notes of Componenta Finance Corporation The two preferred capital notes issued by Componenta Finance Corporation in 1997 are now in their entirety in the possession of Componenta Corporation. The preferred capital notes have a combined capital of approx. EUR 22.7 million, and one of them, with a capital of approx. EUR 12.6 million (FIM 75 million), is listed on the Helsinki Exchanges. Componenta Finance Corporation has applied for termination of trading of this preferred capital note. Componenta Corporation, the parent company of Componenta Finance Corporation, has preferred capital notes with a combined value of EUR 28,590,900, following the first repayment on 19 March 2002 in accordance with the terms of the preferred capital notes.
