Decisions of Componenta's Annual Shareholders' Meeting The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Componenta Corporation, held on 12 February 2002, approved, in accordance with the Articles of Association, the 2001 financial statements and the proposal by the Board of Directors for the dividend to be paid, and discharged those responsible from liability for the period. Componenta Corporation will pay a dividend of EUR 0.15 per share, a total of EUR 1,442,296.35. Payment of the dividend will begin on 22 February 2002, from which date the dividends will be available to shareholders in their bank accounts or, for dividends paid by postal order, ready for postal delivery to shareholders. The Annual Shareholders' Meeting elected Heikki Bergholm, Antti Lehtonen, Heikki Lehtonen, Juhani Mäkinen and Olli Reenpää to the Board of Directors. Kari Miettinen, APA, was elected as auditor and SVH Pricewaterhouse Coopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, was elected as deputy auditor. The Board of Directors had an initial meeting after the Annual Shareholders' Meeting and elected Olli Reenpää as its Chairman and Juhani Mäkinen as Vice Chairman.
