For Componenta a new long-term credit facility of EUR 90 million

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 30.9.2004 at 15.00 For Componenta a new long-term credit facility of EUR 90 million Componenta Corporation has today signed a 5-year credit facility of EUR 90 million. The facility replace the present six credit facilities, totally EUR 69 million. The new credit facility will strengthen Componenta's financial position and improve opportunities to develop the core business. In the facility are participating Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Swedbank (Föreningssparbanken AB (publ.)), Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch and OKO Osuuspankkien Keskusosakepankki Oyj. Componenta's advisor was Summa Corporate Finance.
