New CFO for Componenta

Mika Hassinen (38), M.Sc. (Econ.) and M.Sc. (For.), has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of Corporate Executive Team at Componenta Group as from 1 January 2008. Mika Hassinen joins Componenta from Stora Enso, where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance and IT, Corporate Market Services, located in London.

Mika Hassinen’s previous positions include other senior corporate finance and strategy management positions at Stora Enso and Deutsche Bank AG London.

Matti Kivekäs, who previously held the position of CFO, Componenta has resigned from his duties due to personal reasons.
