Appointments at Componenta Group

The following appointments have been made in the Componenta Group 
that come into force on 1 January 2005:

Jari Leino, member of the corporate executive team, has been 
appointed Director, Sales at Componenta - De Globe. He is responsible 
for corporate sales in Central Europe and for the Heavy Trucks 
business area. Jari Leino will be based in the Netherlands for the 
time being as from the beginning of January 2005. 

Tapani Paalanen has been appointed Corporate Quality Manager and 
will report to President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen.

Marcel Smeets has been appointed in charge of the corporate logistics 
operations and in this capacity will report to Michael Sjöberg. 
Smeets is also responsible for logistics at the foundries in the 
Netherlands. Rami Hasu is responsible for logistic operations at 
the foundries in Finland.
