Change of time for publishing Componenta Corporation result

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for
2002 one hour later than previously announced. The company will
now release its financial statements at 10 am on 24 January 2003
instead of at 9 am.

Componenta Corporation will hold a press conference about its
2002 financial statements for analysts and representatives of
the media at 10.00 am on 24 January 2003 at the restaurant Papa
Giovanni's Showroom (Keskuskatu 7, 2nd floor, 00100 Helsinki).
