Changes in Componenta management


One of the Componenta Groups sales and R & D  directors  and  the  member  of  the
Corporate Executive Team Leon Giesen has  resigned  due  to  differencies  in  the
strategy of the company De Globe.

For the time being the responsibilities of Mr. Giesen will be  taken  care  of  by
Componenta's President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen and the Group's other sales  and  R
& D director Jari Leino.
