Changes in Componenta's organization following the acquisition of De
Globe

Componenta Group has expanded its sales and production organization and
appointed two new people to its Corporate Executive Team. Componenta and
the Dutch foundry company De Globe have together started a 100-day
integration programme, during which they will start to take advantage in
both companies of the benefits arising from the share transaction on 5
March 2004. Componenta's sales organization in the Nordic countries and
De Globe's sales organization in central Europe will be combined into a
strong joint organizatin in Europe. Componenta's machine shops and
machining expertise will support De Globe's operations and enable a
broader service offering to customers. As part of these measures, a new
organization is coming into effect today and the following appointments
are being made in the Group in connection with this:

Wim Schut has been appointed Director and member of the Corporate
Executive Team with responsibility for the Globe foundries. He continues
as Managing Director of De Globe.

Leon Giesen has been appointed Director, Sales and Development, and a
member of the Corporate Executive Team with responsibility for sales in
Central Europe and North America and for the Offroad and Air Power
business areas.

Jari Leino continues as Director, Sales and Development with
responsibility for sales in the Nordic countries and for the Heavy Trucks
business area.

Anu Tiainen has been appointed Director, Treasury with responsibility for
corporate financing. She reports to CFO Kimmo Virtanen.

Rami Hasu has been appointed project manager with responsibility for the
Componenta - De Globe integration.

Juha Alhonoja has been appointed manager of De Globe machining operations
as from 1 June 2004. He will report to the Director, Machine Shops.

Mira Sorjonen continues as human resources manager with responsibility
for personnel development at the Foundries Nordic countries division. She
reports to the Director, Foundries Lauri Huhtala. Mira Sorjonen is on
maternity leave until August 2004.

All the above appointments come into effect on 1 April 2004 unless stated
otherwise.

The operations of Componenta and De Globe and their geographical location
complement each other extremely well. Together they form a major European
supplier of casting solutions that in 2003 had combined net sales of EUR
259 million and employed 2,200 people.
