Componenta Corporation Financial Calendar 2005

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2004 on
Thursday, 20 January 2005 at 9.30 am.

The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Componenta Corporation will be held at 14.00
am Monday, 7 February 2005.

During 2005 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows:

The first interim report for 1 Jan - 31 March 2005 will be published on 13 April 2005
The second interim report for 1 Jan - 30 June 2005 will be published  on  13 July 2005
The third interim report for 1 Jan - 30 Sept 2005 will be published on 12 October 2005

The press conferences for analysts and representatives of the media to be held
when  the  interim  reports  are  published  will  be  webcast  simultaneously  on
Componenta's Internet pages at www.componenta.com.
