Componenta Corporation financial calendar 2006

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2005 on
Friday, 20 January 2006 at 10.00.

The annual shareholders' meeting of Componenta Corporation will be held
at 14.00 on Wednesday, 8 February 2006.

During 2006 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows:

The first interim report for 1 January – 31 March 2006 will be published
on 13 April 2006
The second interim report for 1 January – 30 June 2006 will be published
on 14 July 2006
The third interim report for 1 January – 30 September 2006 will be
published on 13 October 2006

The press conferences for analysts and representatives of the media to be
held when the interim reports are published will be webcast
simultaneously on Componenta's Internet pages at www.componenta.com.
