Componenta Corporation financial calendar 2007

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2006 on
Monday, 5 February 2007 at 9.00.

The annual shareholders' meeting of Componenta Corporation will be held
at 13.00 on Monday, 26 February 2007.

During 2007 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows:

The first interim report for 1 January – 31 March 2007 will be published
on 24 April 2007
The second interim report for 1 January – 30 June 2007 will be published
on 17 July 2007
The third interim report for 1 January – 30 September 2007 will be
published on 16 October 2007


The press conferences for analysts and representatives of the media to be
held when the interim reports are published will be webcast
simultaneously on Componenta's Internet pages at www.componenta.com.
