Componenta Corporation's shares subscribed with option rights and new shares to be
listed

168,538 new Componenta Corporation shares have been subscribed with Componenta
2001 option rights at the price of EUR 4.10 per share.

Due to the subscriptions, the share capital of Componenta Corporation increases by
EUR 337,076. The increase has been registered in the Trade Register 29 November
2006. After the increase the share capital of Componenta Corporation is 
EUR 20,044,596 and the amount of shares is 10,022,298. The nominal value
of the share is EUR 2.00.

New shares will be traded on the Small Cap segment of the Helsinki Stock Exchange
as old shares (CTH1V) as from 30 November 2006. The subscribed shares entitle to
dividend distributed for the accounting period during which the shares were
subscribed.

The subscription period for shares with the Componenta 2001 option rights ended 
31 October 2006.
