Componenta Corporation's shares subscribed with option rights and
new shares to be listed


2,625 new Componenta Corporation shares have been subscribed with
Componenta 2001 option rights at the price of EUR 4.10 / per share.

Due to the subscriptions, the share capital of Componenta
Corporation increases by EUR 5,250. The increase has been registered
in the Trade Register on 27 April 2006. After the increase the share
capital of Componenta Corporation is EUR 19,262,668 and the amount
of shares is 9,631,334. The nominal value of the share is EUR 2.00.

New shares will be traded on the main list of the Helsinki Stock
Exchange as old shares (CTH1V) as from 28 April 2006. The subscribed
shares entitle to dividend distributed for the accounting period
during which the shares were subscribed.

After these subscriptions there are 429,697 Componenta 2001 option
rights outstanding. Each option right entitles its owner to
subscribe for one share of Componenta Corporation. The subscription
period for shares with the 2001 option rights ends 31 October 2006.
