Componenta increased the maximum amount of the convertible capital notes 2005 and approved the subscriptions The original maximum amount, EUR 14,000,000, of the Componenta Corporation Convertible Capital Notes 2005 was oversubscribed. The Board of Directors decided to increase the maximum amount of the Convertible Capital Notes to EUR 19,000,000. The Board of Directors of Componenta Corporation has on 4 March 2005 decided to approve the subscriptions of the Convertible Capital Notes 2005 to a total nominal value of EUR 19,000,000. Componenta Corporation shareholders and stock option holders have about 30 per cent of the approved note units. The subscribers will be notified in writing of the approval of their subscriptions and the payment instructions around 8 March 2005. The note units must be paid on 15 March 2005. The Company applies for listing of the Convertible Capital Notes 2005 on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange so that the listing commences around 31 March 2005.
