Componenta’s Annual Review, Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2021 published

Componenta Corporation’s Annual Review for 2021 has been published in Finnish and English at company’s website at www.componenta.com. The Annual Review includes the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the parent company, the Report of the Board of Directors and the Auditor’s report for the period 1 January–31 December 2021.

The Annual Review in Finnish are also published as an XHTML file in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with ESEF requirements, the main statements in the consolidated financial statements are marked with XBRL. In addition, the notes to the consolidated financial statements are marked with XBRL PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, has provided an independent assurance report on the ESEF financial statements prepared by Componenta. The engagement has been performed in accordance with the international ISAE 3000 assurance standard for the primary financial statements of the 2021 ESEF reporting.

Componenta has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2021 on the company’s website, in the Investors section under “Corporate Governance”. The statements can be downloaded as PDF files in English and Finnish. The Annual Review, Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report are also attached to this release.
