Componenta’s Annual Review for 2018 published

Componenta’s Annual Review 2018 has been published in Finnish and English at company’s corporate website at www.componenta.com. The Annual Review includes the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the parent company and the Report of the Board of Directors for the period 1 January – 31 December 2018.

Componenta has also published its Corporate Governance Statement including the Remuneration Statement for 2018 on the company’s website in the Investors section under “Corporate Governance”. The statement can be downloaded as PDF file in English and Finnish. The Annual Review and the statement are also attached to this release.
