Componenta’s Annual Review for 2019 published

Componenta’s Annual Review for 2019 has been published in Finnish and English at company’s website at www.componenta.com. The Annual Review includes the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the parent company and the Report of the Board of Directors for the period 1 January – 31 December 2019.

Componenta has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and a separate Remuneration Statement for 2019 on the company’s website, in the Investors section under ”Corporate Governance”. The statements can be downloaded as PDF files in English and Finnish. The Annual Review and the statements are also attached to this release.
