Componenta's CFO to change

Kimmo Virtanen, Componenta Group's Chief Financial Officer and
member of the Corporate Executive Team, is taking up the position of
director of finance at Orion's Wholesale Division in summer 2006 and
will later, after the planned demerger of Orion, become Chief
Financial Officer of the new listed company Oriola-KD Corporation.
